Job Description

• Our South African division is currently recruiting Contact Centre Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a great listener, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, and be driven by targets.
• We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to achieving excellence in team performance and fostering overall team wellbeing.

Responsibilities: 

• Recover and manage outstanding debts while maintaining accurate records.
• Negotiate payment plans and locate clients through various sources.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Use spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively and uphold Unifi’s values.
• Meet performance goals and deadlines while following company policies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa (would be an advantage).
• At least 1-years' experience as a call center agent.
• Matric / Grade 12.
• Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
