Job Description
- Act as main point of contact with clients with regards to open and recovered vehicles; and to ensure only relevant information is disclosed
- Respond to customer queries and resolve successfully or escalate where needed
- To deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
- Arrange evaluations and goodwill fitments in agreement with prescribed protocols
- Manage all post responses in accordance with relevant policies, SOPs and SLAs
- Comprehensive and timeous compilation of open and recovered vehicle case reports/recovery statistics
- Assist relevant parties with data on investigations
Education
- National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
