Agile Business Analyst

• The BA should have in-depth experience in working with Agile initiatives and new product rollouts in financial services industry.

Ability to :

• Faciliate JAD sessions to extract requirements with multiple stakeholders
• Effectively document customer journeys
• Map customer journeys into Features, User stories, Sprint tasks
• Understand backlogs and planning and velocity
• Work with diverse teams across multiple African geographies
• Document business processes, business requirements
• Document test plans and test cases
• Guide testing efforts with end users
• Understand the technical landscape for effective test planning
• Understand change management that will be required for a project where there are multiple change units 

Contract:

• Starting mid October and to end in March depending on the actual plans
• December freeze period between 21st December upto 8th January is deemed as office shutdown.
