AI Business Analyst at Superside

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success and finance, to identify areas where AI can be applied to improve revenue-related processes and outcomes
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms to interpret large volumes of data related to revenue generation
• Build predictive models to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for revenue growth
• Develop AI-powered revenue forecasting models to accurately predict revenue streams and provide actionable insights to the sales and finance teams
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, making iterative improvements as necessaryIdentify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming revenue operations tasks that can be automated using AI technologies
• Implement intelligent automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiencyIn collaboration with our enablement team, develop training programs and materials to guide sales reps in leveraging AI for prospecting, lead scoring, opportunity prioritization, and personalized sales strategies

Our biggest challenges right now:

• Revenue Operations works closely with all stakeholders of the GTM team, translating the Go-To-Market strategy into processes, tools and data. We continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our revenue engine.
• Using the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science techniques we are looking to create new insights on our revenue pipeline and increase the overall performance of the whole organization.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics)
• Background in AI, machine learning, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R
• Experience working with large datasets and applying data interpretation techniques
• Knowledge of revenue operations processes, such as sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue recognition
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for self educating and researching new ways to assist our revenue operations team
