AML Project Specialist at Nedbank

Job Purpose
To provide Project Support to the Programme and Project Community within Group in terms of defining solutions; requirements and development for specialised Project Management tools and methodology and to provide specialised coaching and mentoring to members of the project community.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Executive of the Program Office is kept in the loop.
• Ensure relevance of approach as per feedback derived during support calls.
• Ensure enhancements to Project management tools and processes.
• Ensure work completed to plan by providing reports on data integrity.
• Ensure technical, company standards and practices.
• Comply with risk standards and ensure corrective actions taken.
• Identify and resolve work obstacles and problems.
• Contribute to the achievement of team goal.
• Ensure knowledge management, continuity, and team success through constructive participation in a diverse team and by sharing knowledge with team.
• Assist in institutionalization of methodology.
• Ensure team success. Improve stakeholder capacity by delivering training on select project management toolset and approaches.

Minimum Experience Level

• 3 -5 years’ experience as Senior Project Specialist

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

• Degree or relevant NQF 7 qualification 

Essential Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Prince II
