Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer-specific, market, and consumer data to create actionable business recommendations.

Implement predefined commercial arrangements to meet business needs, focusing on:

• Technical assistance
• Category management and analysis
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Data collection and processing
• Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Adhere to SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality) standards.
• Manage planning, reporting, and project coordination involving stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Certificate (NQF Level 5, 1 year) in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Law.
• Qualified Artisan with N4 Engineering Studies.
• Recommended: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Law.
• Minimum of two (2) years of operational experience in a technical environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years in technical data analysis, including root cause analysis.
• Total of five (5) years of operational experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite:

• Basic: Word, JD Edwards
• Intermediate: PowerPoint
• Advanced: Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management, including planning, coordination, and budget oversight.
• Technical knowledge of engineering, production processes, and mining operations.
