This is a fantastic opportunity for Angular Developers. We are looking for an Angular Developer that will work within our Java software development team and will report to the Java development manager. As an Angular developer, you will be responsible for a wide variety of front-end development projects. We have a close-knit team who value quality their work outputs.

Your duties and responsibilities will include –

• Build high quality front-end applications with the latest technologies

• Maintenance and support of all front-end applications run by Super Group

• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components

A successful Angular Developer at Super Group IT Services is expected to create custom modules and components, which extend the elements of Angular.

• Super Group has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy. As such, you will be required to provide proof of your vaccination status.

• SGITS is based in Sandton (Johannesburg, Gauteng). Our preference is that the candidate is based within the greater Johannesburg metropolitan area.

• Remote working options are available, subject to business needs and management approval. You may be required to come into the office from time to time.

• Competencies and/or Knowledge

· Software development knowledge in Angular 9+.

· 3-5 years’ experience with Angular

· Knowledge of MVC, MVVM architecture patterns

· Familiarity with agile environments/ Agile software development methodologies

· Troubleshooting and handling escalations

· Strong written and oral communication skills

• Skills and experience

· Angular 9+

· Proficient with TypeScript and HTML5

· MongoDB, Node.js

· NPM component packaging and NgRX for state management

· Ionic experience is advantageous

• Qualifications

• science diploma/ degree (advantageous)
