Application Support Consultant (Insight) (JHB) at Datafin Recruitment

DUTIES:

• Perform Data Transformation and Analysis.
• Assist with Data Take-On for ERP systems.
• Design and develop MS Excel and Power Query related reports.
• Provide telephonic and e-mail support internally and to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting queries.
• Documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Experience with MS Excel Power Query (M Language).
• Experience in working with MS SQL and/or Experience in working with Power BI.
• A background in software application support.
• An understanding of financial concepts or a background in working on or supporting Business Intelligence systems.

Advantageous 

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems / Comp Sci / Engineering.
