Job Purpose

• The main purpose of the job is to provide ERP service support to all users through training and effective administrative procedures and well-coordinated ERP projects while ensuring effective staff supervision within the section.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or relevant equivalent qualification
• At least five (5) years’ experience in ERP support environment preferably in Higher Education environment
• Experience in project coordination and management
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Project Management Certification (Prince II) will be an added advantage
