Architectural Visualiser - JHB North at GIBB Engineering and Architecture

Key Performance Areas

• Architectural visualisation and presentation content production.
• 3D photo-realistic CGI stills production.
• 3D animation production.
• Prepare and extract relevant information from Revit and other Architectural design software.
• Support to marketing, website & social media content production management team.
• Support to general marketing material production.
• Support requirements for exhibition design for conferences & events.
• Support maintaining and updating of corporate identity and relevant CI material.
• Printing, Binding & Mounting of Presentation Material & Documents.
• Support to Architectural Design Studio requirements.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts or Interior Design or Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design will be preferable but not essential.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years' experience as an Architectural Visualiser.

Person Requirements

Skills:

• 3D Studio Max
• V Ray
• Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for final art production of images.
• Revit (the Architectural Visualiser will be given access to the shared models to export)
• Other modelling software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, FormIt, AutoCAD, Fusion360, Inventor, Rhino, etc although not essential, will be an advantage
• Other visualisation software such as Twinmotion, Lumion or Inscape will be an advantage.

Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of design/architectural trends
