Job Description

• Create and put into action strategies to attain operational and monetary objectives.
• Oversee numerous locations within a given area, making sure that all operations adhere to business standards and procedures.
• Make sure management and staff are well-trained and motivated to accomplish their goals by providing leadership and guidance.
• Take remedial action as necessary by monitoring and analyzing financial records, which include sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Work along with other divisions, such as marketing and human resources, to make sure that all locations adhere to the mission and core principles of the business.

The Successful Applicant

• Prior work history as an area manager at several stores
• Grade 12 (a business related qualification will be a benefit)
