Create and put into action strategies to attain operational and monetary objectives.
Oversee numerous locations within a given area, making sure that all operations adhere to business standards and procedures.
Make sure management and staff are well-trained and motivated to accomplish their goals by providing leadership and guidance.
Take remedial action as necessary by monitoring and analyzing financial records, which include sales, expenses, and profitability.
Work along with other divisions, such as marketing and human resources, to make sure that all locations adhere to the mission and core principles of the business.

Prior work history as an area manager at several stores
Grade 12 (a business related qualification will be a benefit)
