We are seeking a highly trained and skilled Armed Response Officer to join our team. The Armed Response Officer will be responsible for providing rapid and effective response to incidents that require armed intervention. The ideal candidate must have extensive training and experience in tactical response, firearm handling, and crisis management.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency calls and incidents that require armed intervention
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities to ensure safety and security of individuals and properties
Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of potential threats and risks
Maintain a high level of proficiency in firearms use and tactical strategies
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients
Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement, Armed response role, or private security
Valid firearms competence in Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle (business purpose)
Valid Psira certificate
Valid Drivers License with PDP
Strong physical fitness and ability to perform in high-stress situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls at any time
Clean criminal record and background check
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in SWAT, special forces, or other specialized tactical units
Advanced training in crisis management and conflict resolution
