Artisan (Auto Electrician) at eThekwini Municipality

Key Responsibility Areas: 

• Coordinate activities and sequences associated with maintaining the functionality of plants, equipment and vehicles. 
• Carry out diagnosis and electrical repairs to all vehicles, plants and equipment. 
• Competes internal transactional documentation (e.g. time sheets, log sheet, progress and productivity report, etc) and related forms(checklist). 
• Completes maintenance and repair records for all apparatus and vehicles. 

Essential Requirements: 

• Trade Tested Artisan (Auto Electrician). 
• Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code EC). 
• 3 years relevant post trade test experience. 

Preferred Requirements: 

• 4 years relevant post trade test experience.
