Artisan (Plumbing And Building Maintenance) (North West)
Deliver planned & reactive maintenance service covering full hard FM spectrum on Plumbing installations, systems & minor building works.
Conduct maintenance on plumbing equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification.
Maintenance and use of tools and equipment.
Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client & Company requirements.
Assist manager with stock levels.
Assist manager with up to date register for tools.
Compliance with health and safety regulations and correct quality standards.
Perform inspection of facility, plumbing equipment on site, identify areas of risk & report back for rectification.
Repair and servicing of equipment and irrigation system.
Installing and serving of new equipment and system.
Requirements
Grade 12 / N4 or N5-N6 plus Plumbing Trade Test certificate.
Grade 12 / N4 must have +5 years of experience post trade certificate in a wide range of artisan work (Plumbing equipment maintenance or Building Maintenance or general farm work).
N5-N6 must have 3- 5 years of experience post trade certificate in a wide range of artisan work (Plumbing equipment maintenance, Building Maintenance and general farm work).
Valid SA Driver's License.
Computer literacy (Intermediate skill level).
Knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
