Assistant Bookkeeper
- Our client, based in Gardens Cape Town, seeks to employ an Assistant Bookkeeper to start as soon as possible.
Key Qualities:
- Friendly disposition, enthusiastic attitude with a love for administrative excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and accountable
- Attention to detail is highly important
- Passion for numbers
- Adhere to strict deadlines
- Impeccable work ethic
Brief Responsibilities:
- Capture daily cash ups
- Capture suppliers on XERO
- Manage shift rosters
- Stock control including alcoholic beverages
- Ad hoc duties related to the business
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft Excel skills
- Reliable contactable references
- 2 years verifiable work experience
- Own transport would be advantageous
