    What you'll do    

    • Participate actively in a comprehensive training programme to develop expertise in store operations, team leadership, and customer engagement.
    • Assist in the efficient management of daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and effectively resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Support sales monitoring activities by analysing sales reports and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain visually appealing product displays that comply with company merchandising standards and enhance the shopping experience.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant retail environment.
    • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive working atmosphere.
    • Contribute to stock management processes, including receiving, organisation, and replenishment.
    • Assist in implementing promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives as directed by management.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to develop professional skills and knowledge relevant to retail operations.

    What you bring    

    • Grade 12/Matric certificate is required.
    • A diploma or degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
    • Relevant work experience may be accepted as an alternative to formal qualifications.
    • Proven leadership potential with the capability to motivate and support team members effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
    • Analytical thinking with a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software platforms.
    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
