Coordinate the draft annual Municipal Performance report in terms of section 47 of the Municipal Systems Act; Collect, validate and evaluate municipal data & information relating to municipal compliance reports;
Develop and submit recommendations for municipal support, capacity-building initiatives, and appropriate interventions; Analyse trends in municipal compliance through municipal monitoring and execute follow up research arising from municipal trend reports; Managerial functions.
