Duties
Ensure efficient budget, expenditure, accounts and revenue management. Management of conditional grants, transfer and sundry payments. Provide input into and coordinate the AFS/IFS on District level. Compliance management & respond to audit queries. District Office administration. Manage the Finance section and ensure the correct application of accounting classification codes. Oversee human resources within the section, general management and administrative support within the section. Completion and coordinating monthly BMI and IYM. Reconciliation and clearing of monthly assets & liabilities accounts. Develop and implement Finance SOP’s for the sub-structure. Coordinate periodic finance meetings. Facilitate budget allocation , adjustment and Submission process.
