Prerequisites
Grade 12 plus an appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management / Development or equivalent qualification in the relevant field or area as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience on lower management / supervisory in HRT&D or PMDS.Valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (with the exception of persons with disabilities).

Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Acts, policies and procedures. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Knowledge of The White Paper on the Transformation of the Public Service of 1997.
