National Diploma (NQF6) in Building Management/Public Administration/Project Management or relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Public Private Partnership, Administration or Management, Facilities Management, Contract Management, Property Management or relevant field. Experience in providing administrative support functions to Public Private Partnership (PPP) Agreement.
Sound understanding of PPP frameworks, project lifecycle, and contract performance management and contract tracking systems. Knowledge of Facilities Management operations, budgeting, and service delivery monitoring.
