Minimum three (3) years National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Financial Management/Supply Chain Management/Public Administration/Public Affairs/Public Management/Information Systems/Information Technology/Human Resource Management. A minimum of three (3) years' work experience in Transversal systems (PERSAL/LOGIS/BAS/Vulindlela, and/or Business Process Automations). A valid driver's license. Facilitator, Moderator, and an Assessor certificate are an added advantage.
DUTIES
Render support services to all provincial Transversal Systems users. Facilitate and coordinate Transversal Systems training. Assess and moderate assignments/tests for all trainees/users on Transversal Systems. Monitor compliance with prescribed legislation, policies, and guidelines relating to all applicable procedures. Provide support to Provincial Departments by assisting them in obtaining management information using systems. Compiling standard policies and procedure manuals for internal security profiles and control deviations.
