    Assistant Farm Manager – FM1668

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate
    • 2 year’s cattle experience
    • Maintenance experience
    • Tractor driving experience
    • Computer literate

    GENERAL COMPETENCE REQUIRED

    • Ideally speaks Xhosa
    • Hard working, deadline driven, diligent
    • Accurate, organised and demonstrates initiative
    • Clean employment and criminal record
    • Be prepared to work overtime

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Look after maintenance on farm
    • Managing livestock with help form Snr. Manager
    • Managing veldt, fire breaks, stock water lines & fencing
    • Calving, cattle husbandry
    • Managing staff (2 staff members)
    • Asset Management
