This position requires a degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF Level 7. A postgraduate qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF Level 8 will be an added advantage. This position also requires 6 years of work experience in the relevant field, 3 years of which should be in supervisory position(s).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Ensure National Occupational Safety Association (NOSA) five-star grading for SANBI;
Coordinate training to incidents investigators and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) representatives
Maintain SANBI health and safety management system;
Ensure proper hygiene system, framework and survey for SANBI;
Communicate and manage health and safety training and awareness campaigns; and
