Requirements

• B Tech or first degree in Civil Engineering
• Eligibility for registration as Candidate Engineering Technologist
• Up to 2 years’ relevant experience in Municipal Civil Engineering Infrastructure
• Computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS
• Projects, CAD and modelling packages.
• Willingness to travel within the City of Cape Town if required
• A valid driver’s license.

• Development facilitation

• Providing technical support to operational staff
• Compiling and maintaining stats
• Drafting routine correspondence
• Preparing engineering reports
• Conducting research and investigations and presenting the results thereof
• Responding to queries from internal and external sources
• Data interpretation and analysis
• Drafting routing correspondence
