Builds strong working relationships with internal resources to include warehousing, operations, stakeholders and with third-party vendors / suppliers / transportation representatives.
Ensures effective execution of area transport and deliveries, including: Tracking order and fulfillment requirements.
Monitoring in-house warehousing and storage.
Working with third-party suppliers and transporters to schedule and organize deliveries.
Monitoring truck planning and delivery.
Documenting and coding late trucks.
Preparing periodic (such as weekly) reports detailing actual versus expected deliveries and noting any discrepancies / issues.
Supports documentation requirements, performing maintenance and updates as requested.
Supports related projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Logistics.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
