We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Associate UX Designer to join our team of thought leaders, breaking new ground in EAM, APM, and adjacent fields. The Associate UX Designer will help design the future of Enterprise Asset and Asset Performance Management.
Minimum Requirements
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (UI/UX design, Graphic design, Interaction Design).
A portfolio of professional design work with examples of both desktop and mobile platforms is advantegous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience, User Experience, User Behaviour Patterns, User Research, Design life cycle, Design systems.
Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and practice.
Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Figjam and Adobe suite (Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of responsive design, including up-to-date with design trends.
Excellent knowledge of web and mobile design best practices.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent understanding of branding, SaaS, data analytics, business analysis (coding advantageous).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of React Mui.com, Atomic Infrastructure, Data collection, hygiene and visualization.
Good understanding of function above form, without sacrificing elegance and page composition.
Solid knowledge of LEAN, Agile, and KANBAN.
Duties & Responsibilities
Co-create and maintain Atomic Design, React MUI.com principled Interface Templates for a platform-agnostic world.
Design velocity: Maintain a design velocity adequate for the FTE and seniority of the role.
Design Quality: Apply design system principles, perform peer reviews, and use accessibility and usability checklists before submission.
Growth Mindset: Participate in design critiques, complete quarterly learning goals, and share new methods or insights with peers.
Develop and maintain detailed design specifications.
Translate product & customer requirements into human-centred designs, to provide an incredible & intuitive experience.
Design for content by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups and detailed UI and visual design specifications.
Assist your upline in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Utilize and adhere to design guidelines and standardization across all of the team's products.
Identify & co-define user immersion & ethnographic experiments with customer & product managers, whilst staying fully abreast of the latest emerging trends & practices in agent design globally.
Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
