Ensure all audits are planned within the required period to ensure monthly budgets are met.
Ensure planning of activities is efficient in order to minimize cost i.e. flights and accommodation.
Assist invoicing for the previous month is submitted to finance within the cut of deadlines set by finance in order to meet the forecasted budget.
Strict adherence to the turnaround times on audit reports including the capturing of micro results and mailing them to the client is to be as per agreed SLA.
Respond to client queries or complaints received on the project, both positive and negative and provide feedback to management and the client.
Compiling of monthly scheduling on assigned region and submitted a month prior for approval.
Ensure tracking of audits for all clients are done daily.
Attend client meetings and ensure the actions required are taken timeously.
Respond to any client mails on the day of the mail received as confirmation if further investigation is required and provide a deadline for the final feedback and ensure the deadlines are met.
Conduct audits when the need arises to ensure the service delivery is met.
Any changes to the schedule and planning related to your project is to be communicated to the person responsible for updating the schedule.
Assist with day to day operational functions as requested by the service line manager.
Ensure auditors on your projects have the required equipment to conduct the audits.

To maintain a good standard of personal health, safety, hygiene and appearance.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Sciences field.
1-3 months working experience in a food safety inspection, certifications or testing enviroment.
Strong working experience on Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Preference will be given to employment equity candidates.
