Overview

• Responsible for ensuring that products are accurately loaded, unloaded, checked, and dispatched to customers or distribution centres on time.
• The role supports warehouse and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and offload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Ensure the correct stock and quantities are loaded onto delivery vehicles.
• Perform stock rotation using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the dispatch area.
• Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
• Follow health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years' experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or dispatch environment.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual loading tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
