Au Pair | Cedar Acres at Au Pair Extraordinaire

Duties: 

• Take to extra-murals, Engage in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child

Special Requirements: 

• Female, English, Muslim (if possible), Previous experience caring for children, between 25 and 40 years,
• A degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferable), A warm, patient, and energetic personality that is suitable for working with children. A good understanding of basic first aid and child safety procedures.
• Non-smoker. Interest in swimming, music, or art (bonus). Ability to be flexible with schedules, routines, and last-minute changes.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
