Au Pair | Constantia Park | R8000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son aged 9 years old (Autism spectrum and ADHD)
• Area: Constantia Park 
• Ages:  son aged 9 years old (Autism spectrum and ADHD)
• Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 14h00 – 17h00, Friday: 12h10 – 15h10
• School holiday hours: available same hours during school holidays, we are flexible. I will notify her in advance if we go away etc
• Duties: Collecting from school in the afternoons, transporting home, allowing him to rest and change from school clothes, homework supervision, and assistance, ensuring he eats a healthy snack and assisting with anything childcare related He does homework on his own, however the Au Pair must assist him with homework( make sure he understands the instructions, homework is correct , where he is struggling, they must do it together etc), help him with school projects – material will be provided but the Au Pair should also research topics that they can use for the projects. Suggests topic to the child and pick one that he likes the most). Transport to OT at the Therapy centre in Centurion. The OT will guide the Au Pair on how to deal with the child if there are certain situations that overwhelms him.
• Start date: 16th February 2026 start – permanent contract  
• Salary: R8000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
