Au Pair / Household Assistant | Oaklands | R16 500 - R18 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00  
• School Holiday Hours: Same as above
• A family is looking for an AU PAIR / HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANT for their 2 children 
• Area: Oaklands, Johannesburg
• Children's Ages: 6 year old – Boy and 9 year old - Girl
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00  
• School Holiday Hours: Same as above
• Duties: School drop offs and collections, assist with household admin duties in the morning such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, running errands and other household and family PA duties, if time allows, assisting dad with very basic admin duties if time allows, transport to extra murals, homework supervision, preparing snacks or meals, educational play, and ensure the kids are ready and packed for the next day.
• Other duties may include going through the kids cupboards, sorting through their clothing, taking out the clothes that are too small. If the family goes away, help them get their bags packed and ready.
• Special Requirements: Someone mature, can work independently, be proactive. The ideal candidate would be 25 years +. The family is Halal (no pork). Someone pet friendly as family has cats.
• Start Date & Contract Term: October - permanent
• Salary: R16 500 - R18 000 per month - depending on experience and any qualifications (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
