Au Pair | Parktown | R16 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Parktown
• Children’s Ages: Twin Boys – 11 years (Grade 6)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 13:30 – 18:00 (The role operates on a credit hours system – any hours not worked in the school term will be banked and worked when needed. No overtime applies, as banked hours are used instead)
• School holiday hours: Full days 10:30 – 18:00
• Duties: Fetching from school, take to extramurals, be able to plan ahead and draw up a weekly schedule for the boys, assist with homework, general errands for the family, ensure they prepare for their exams and tests, managing the boys school program
• Special Requirements: Afrikaans speaking (Or fluent in Afrikaans), 25+ years, female, someone who is academic and able to support the boys with their schoolwork, someone who is studying towards an education degree, someone who is dependable, someone who is energetic and keep up with 2 boys, someone who is very organised
• Start Date and contract term: ASAP - permanent
• Salary: R16 000 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
