Automation Engineer (Azure, Intune, scripting and AD experience essential) at Mimecast

The Mimecast Desktop Engineer needs to work well under pressure and deliver and execute solutions timeously, to ensure a flawless internal IT service delivery. Assist in the planning and maintenance of IT business systems at the various offices worldwide according to Mimecast Global specifications and local business requirements as well as provide efficient and effective support to local and global Mimecast employees using defined case management procedures.

You'll need:

• Expert Knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Maintenance, administration, and configuration of MS Intune
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle customer concerns over Zoom or through personal contact.
• Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize and complete work assignments.
• Experience of PowerShell & scripting languages.
• Ability and willingness to work outside of normal and traditional hours.
• Ability to write, update and maintain locally developed documentation.
