Automation Test Analyst at DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd

• As an Automation Test Analyst, you will use the automation framework and pre-defined test tools to inspect, analyze, design, develop, and implement reusable automated test assets. Your role ensures the overall quality of solutions and architecture by aligning with enterprise quality practices and standards.

Role requirements:

• 3 - 5 years' experience in automation testing across various platforms and tools.
• Proven experience in Front End, API automation, and Performance Testing (NFT).
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.

Must have experience in the following tools and technologies:

• Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, Healenium
• API Testing: RestAssured
• Performance Testing: JMeter
• Development Technologies: Java (J2EE, Springboot)
• Frameworks: Agile and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments
• Database: SQL knowledge for data validation

Key Responsibilities

• Use the automation test kit (frameworks and pre-defined test tools) to inspect, analyze, design, develop, and execute reusable automated test assets.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered within sprint cycles.
• Ensure adherence to automation standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct Front End, API, and Performance Testing (NFT) using appropriate tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide test coverage.
• Perform data quality assurance and ensure integration tests run seamlessly with automation.
• Identify defects, log them, and work with development teams for resolution.
