Description
Reporting to the Networks and Comms leaders, the AV VC Team Lead is seen as a team leader and service delivery manager for the AV VC service globally. The candidate needs to be an experienced leader of people and have good personal skills to manage 3rd party vendors and contractors. Responsible for delivering first class AVVC service to our colleagues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will have experience of working in high impact environments where service matters and exceeding expectations is the norm.
Key Responsibilities
The AV VC Lead's primary areas of responsibility is ensuring a smooth and seamless AV VC service and experience for our colleagues. The Team Lead must be able to ensure critical service delivery issues are resolved in a timely fashion, requests from our colleagues are actioned according within the service management processes.
The Team Lead will need to build and maintain a mature AV VC service offering, through ensuring that there are defined standards in place, technical lifecycle of products & services is managed, incident management processes are followed and lay down a good foundation of ITIL practices. Services you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting include, but are not limited to: Video Conferencing, Microsoft Teams, Webex, IP TV
