Job Description
General Administration & Support
· Providing a support function to the Growth Academy on all support queries. This includes:
o Actioning tickets from the Growth Academy inbox for Axonify within 24 hours.
o Tickets includes but ae not limited to: user add-on’s, drop-ff’s, password resets log in assistance, trouble shooting and proviing feedback on all users who loged the relevant tickets.
o Daily add-on & drop off extracts, completing the relevant actions and providing feedback to the field teams on actions taken.
o Contacting non participating candidates to understand reasons for not participating.
o Analysing the tickets received and providing a weekly tracker of the tickets received & completed, turn around times of tickets received & completed.
o Escalation of unresolved tickets within 24 hours of receipt to line manager.
