• The role is based in Johannesburg.
• We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep experience in small business development, EEIP design and program implementation, and B-BBEE Ownership Structuring the design and strategic implementation of the EEIP as set up by the B-BBEE Program Office. 
• This is a senior role within the organization and will require applying strategic thinking to government legislation, problem solving and developing value-adding strategies which align B-BBEE legislation and objectives, the spirit of transformation and business strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of each year’s EEIP roll out plan signed off by B-BBEE Program Manager. 
• This includes managing the EEIP process in its entirety, from the design of the campaign and/or call to action to attract viable and appropriate candidates for the program, to preparing reports for all relevant stakeholders, internal and external.

Key job responsibilities

• Planning and sequencing of program activities
• Resource planning and scheduling development of EEIP participants
• Cost and time estimations
• Managing program budgets
• Analysing and managing of program risks
• Partnering with appropriate internal and external stakeholders on cost effective delivery of programs
• Controlling quality of project outcomes

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Cape Town, ZAF | Waterfall City, ZAF

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Multiple years relevant work experience with demonstrable:

• experience in B-BBEE Ownership Consulting
• experience in building B-BBEE ownership strategies and mechanism for delivery of Equity Ownership structures
• ability to apply, report, verify B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, Amended ICT, or Amended Financial Sector Codes
• ability to write comprehensive reports, policy review, and
• superior technical expertise in the interpretation and application of B-BBEE legislation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant business degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (Honours preferred)
• B-BBEE MDP
