Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise haircuts, beard trims, and traditional & modern shaving services.
• Provide facial hair design and scalp treatments tailored to guest preferences.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to advise on suitable grooming services.
• Always maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Recommend and sell grooming products, including hair care, beard care, and shaving products.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops.

• Expertise in various barbering techniques such as fades, tapering, texturizing, and wet towel shaves.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to create personalized grooming experiences and make product recommendations.

Education & Experience:

• High school certificate or equivalent (Barbering qualification is advantageous).
• Proven experience in barbering (preferably 2+ years in a salon or barbershop is advantageous).
• Strong skills in haircuts, beard trims, shaving, and facial hair design.
