Operations Management: Ensure all reporting and control procedures related to operational compliance, CHAMPS, hygiene, safety, maintenance, and general administration are followed.
Sales & Profit Growth: Maximise sales and profits through operational excellence, effective marketing, and identifying growth opportunities.
Performance Management: Evaluate and improve restaurant performance, ensuring monthly objectives are met.
People Development: Oversee management training, certification, and staff development to build a strong talent pipeline.
Customer Experience: Drive "Customer Mania" by ensuring CHAMPS / 1SAT standards are consistently met and customer concerns are resolved promptly.
Financial Oversight: Manage controllable and variable expenses, monitor cash handling, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
Business-related tertiary qualification
5–6 years of managerial experience in the QSR industry (RGM)
Financial acumen – ability to interpret financial data
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
Proficiency in English and computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, and email)
Internal applicants must be All Star and RGM certified
