Biddable Specialist at Red September

Your core job is to implement, manage and optimize biddable and paid media campaigns with a key focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and other social media and biddable platforms.

Key skills required for the job:

• Good understanding of paid media platforms, ad formats and all elements around biddable media.
• Good with paid media tactics and strategies like lead generation tactics, remarketing strategies to deliver on an overall campaign KPI.
• You need to be very punctual and results-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• You need to be able to work in a team and work well with other team members.
• Need to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good financial and administrative management.
• You need to be able to work on your own and work remotely.
• Relevant experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Platforms, Google Ads 360, Sizmek and other biddable platforms.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a Paid Media Position at an agency or brand.

Package:

• Cost to company package based on experience/market related plus a bonus and commission system (if campaign KPIs are met you get monthly bonus incentives).

Work Location:

• 1 Day per week at the office in Centurion, Pretoria, and the rest of the week you can work remotely from home.
