    Client Account and Training Specialist (JB5802)

    • A people-and-tech role split 50/50 between after-sales client care and user training across multiple software solutions.
    • You’ll help existing clients get the best out of the systems, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure users feel confident long after go-live.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3 or more years’ experience in a client support or training role, ideally software or SaaS
    • Strong understanding of software applications (HR and Payroll specific prefered) and the ability to learn and demo products quickly
    • Confident using CRM systems and common business software tools
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
    • Willing to travel to client sites throughout Gauteng (National and Sub-Saharan travel advantageous)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to train non-technical users
    • Strong client care/ after-sales care experience

    Duties and Responsibilities:

With over four decades of manufacturing experience and a strong presence in both local and international markets, the company serves a wide range of industries, including mining, oil & gas, shipping, and rail maintenance.
    • This role is ideally suited for a hands-on, practical-minded engineer who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle,  from new product design and development to supporting manufacturing, customers, and continuous improvement initiatives.     Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    Remote Financial Planning Administrator (JB5806)

    • Our client is an independent cross-border Financial Adviser authorised in the UK, South Africa, and the US, who is building a distributed, remote-first advisory business. This is the first hire into the business, and therefore a high-trust, high-responsibility role.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder to support a small portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing administration, systems, and client execution across UK-regulated platforms. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, ownership, and long-term growth over rigid hours or a traditional office environment.
    • This is not a call-centre or volume-processing role. Accuracy, discretion, and judgement are critical.

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience

    • Experience within a financial services environment (administration, operations, paraplanning, or similar)
    • Exposure to regulated environments, compliance processes, and detailed documentation
    • UK financial planning experience is advantageous but not essential, full training will be provided

    Qualifications (Advantageous, not mandatory)

    • CFP designation or currently studying toward CFP
