    Billing Analyst

    The Role:

    The Global Billing Analyst (GBA) is a detail oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast paced, high responsibility environment. The GBA is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant invoicing of our global customers. The role acts as a high level client interface on all billing related issues, and in addition this role recommends, champions, and documents improvements to ensure self-serve and client satisfaction of our clients.

    Our integrated suite of products enables digital brands and agencies to maximize their return on global ad spend by providing a single trusted view into the consumer journey from ad impression through acquisition — across all devices and channels.

     

    Does this sound like you?

    • Tertiary level qualification in Accounting/Commerce 
    • Microsoft Office Certification
    • International tax knowledge will be advantageous
    • 5 years of working experience in an enterprise billing environment and/or high tech environment within finance and customer service departments
    • Global billing experience that worked with regional managers will be advantageous
    • Experience working through JIRA is a plus

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all Global Advertisers are billed accurately and timeously as per their service level agreements
    •  Ensure all credit memos, manual invoicing, accounting adjustment are executed on a timely basis for our global offices
    • Ensure all client finance tickets/queries created by business are dealt with in a timely manner.
    • Support the GCH / Financial Director in driving new initiatives in the GCH process that contribute to long-term operational excellence
    • Financial Reporting: Creation of Statement of Accounts, Client Audit Requests, etc.
    • Training: Act as a knowledge resource for both internal and external stakeholders. Provide finance specific training as needed
