Billing Consultant at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• Receive, sort, and track incoming payments, address and resolve (or escalate) standard client billing queries, and provide regular, accurate reconciliation of accounts and reports of billing data to meet billing standards, regulatory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Matric, Diploma, Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Banking

Experience Required

• 1-2 years Demonstrated ability to interpret pricing letters and convert to mathematical calculations, process working instructions documentation.
• 1-2 years Experience in multi-currency billing and debtors management across geographies, preferably Sub-Saharan Africa
• 1-2 years Experience successfully engaging with clients across geographies to gather information, documentation and resolve queries
• 1-2 years Practical experience with relevant MS Office programmes and systems . Intermediate Excel skills.
• 1-2 years Relevant billing and reconciliations experience, with an understanding of systems, processes and procedures to perform reconciliations.
• 1-2 years Working knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management principles.
• Ideal candidate should have : PowerBI, PowerApps, Mathematics (Not maths literacy) and advanced excel.
