Booking Agents (CPT) at IGrow Wealth Investments

• The successful candidate must be willing and available to work the following scheduled hours. Flexibility and availability to work these hours are essential for this position.
• Monday – Friday: 17:00 – 22:00
• Saturday: 13:00 – 22:00
• Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00

Minimum requirements (Advantageous):

• Matric.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a telesales role.
• Experience in the property industry (beneficial).
• Ability to make 150–200 outbound calls per day.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional approach.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prospecting and booking 10 qualified consultations per day.
• Make a minimum of 150–200 calls per day.
• A minimum requirement of 60 consultations per week, equating to 450 per month.
• Where opportunity arises, book an attorney into the meeting.
• Maintain close client relationships and record all activities pertaining to dealings with the client on the CRM system (Pipedrive and ZOHO).
• Thoroughly screen the client to identify needs and affordability to invest according to the qualifying questions as per the documented script.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ensure that a minimum of 100 activities, which must include tasks, WhatsApp, emails and calls, are completed per day.
• Promote all other services provided by IGrow Wealth Investments and IGrow Group.
• Follow all prescribed communication processes and systems as provided.
