Bookings Clerk - VW Hermanus at Rola Motor Group

• The bookings clerk is responsible for working directly with clients and ensuring that they receive the best service when it comes to queries or booking vehicle services. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Computer literate (Experience using Evolve essential)
• Proven experience in a similar bookings or service advisor position advantageous
• The ability to multi-task as well as good administration and organisational skills
• Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to work both in a team and independently

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Management of the appointment process
• Coordinate client service bookings between clients and service advisors
• Ensure accuracy of details pertaining to clients, services & issues raised
• Confirmation and reminders of client bookings
• Preparation of job cards
• Administrative duties as required within the Service department
• Management of the process to ensure CSI
• Adhere to Dealer Standards
