The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and timely payments by preparing creditor packs, managing nursing businesses' up until trial balance, including invoice capturing, bank reconciliations, rental invoicing, and collections.
Additionally, the Bookkeeper will handle the bookkeeping function of the Homeowners Association, which includes monthly invoicing for levies, water and electricity billing, and managing HOA creditors using Sage One.
The role also involves managing payroll for approximately 40 staff members using Pastel payroll for a hospitality business.
While these are the main functions, the role may also involve other responsibilities.
