Bookkeeper / Accountant at West Coast Personnel

• We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage the full bookkeeping and accounting function across multiple companies and trusts.

Requirements:

• Proven Pastel experience
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel
• Solid bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Experience with SARS and VAT submissions
• Accounting qualification advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
• General ledger and loan account reconciliations
• Supplier payments and bank account management
• Property budgets, rental schedules and reporting
• Preparing audit files and liaising with auditors
• Insurance administration and claims
• Reporting to the Group CFO and Property Manager
