    Fleet Supervisor

    • Looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our heavy vehicle transport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the people who manage our trucks - including Fleet Controllers and drivers - ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency across the fleet.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 2 x 12 hours shifts. 1 x day shift 07:00 to 19:00; 1 x night shift 19:00 to 07:00; 1 x Off.
    • 3 x 8-hour shifts with 2 x 12-hour shifts over weekends. One employee off every weekend.
    • Lead and manage Fleet Controllers, drivers, and related operational staff.
    • Oversee route planning, scheduling, and fleet utilization to maximize productivity.
    • Ensure full compliance with road transport legislation, RTMS, and safety standards.
    • Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and vehicle uptime.
    • Coordinate maintenance, servicing schedules, and breakdown resolution.
    • Drive a strong safety and compliance culture across all transport operations.
    • Compile and present operational reports to senior management.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a transport/logistics supervisory role.

    • Hands-on experience with PBS (Performance-Based Standards) vehicles is highly advantageous.
    • Strong understanding of transport regulations and fleet management systems.

    Fleet Controller

    • Seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to manage the day-to-day coordination of our heavy vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of our transport function, ensuring vehicles and drivers are deployed efficiently, safely, and in line with client requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:
