BPO Recruitment Manager at Mango5 Call Centre (Pty) Ltd

• We are currently seeking a Bulk Recruitment Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing various clients in a BPO environment and will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters in sourcing and hiring top talent for our clients. This is a fast-paced, challenging role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for our clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to recruiters and ensure that recruitment goals are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and ensure that our recruitment practices remain competitive and effective.

Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that the recruitment process is streamlined and efficient.

• Shift Work: We operate on a shift work basis to ensure that our clients receive 24/7 support. The Bulk Recruitment Manager will be required to work flexible shift hours. Shift hours will be based on USA/UK time zones.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing bulk recruitment in a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
