• Assist with workshop and parts administration and communication, ensure compliance with control matrix

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 6 months relevant experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

• Create job cards and parts receipts
• Create pro-forma invoices of job cards & parts sales
• Create orders of external vendors on job cards
• Deposit daily bank
• Communication

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

• Basic knowledge of workshop and parts administration
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Understanding of parts and maintenance items to be ordered
